Managing Director - Isaac Sharples
When I started my career in FX sales, I learned very quickly that results come from discipline, process, and understanding the person on the other side of the conversation.
I moved into technology recruitment shortly after, where that foundation translated fast. Within a short period, I became a top-billing consultant, supporting hundreds of UK-based businesses, including FTSE 100 organisations, across complex and business-critical hires.
At 22, I made the decision to step out and build my own agency.
Since then, we’ve been scaling with intent — not just growing for the sake of it, but building a business grounded in deep knowledge of the recruitment process, strong technical understanding of IT and MSP environments, and a relentless focus on delivering for our customers.
I’ve been involved end-to-end in every part of the journey: client acquisition, role qualification, candidate assessment, interview strategy, offer management, and long-term partnership building. That hands-on experience is what allows us to move quickly without compromising on quality.
What drives me is simple, helping clients make better hiring decisions and helping candidates move their careers forward, consistently, transparently, and at pace.
